Rahp. on a Theme of Paganini.3 loop (almost sat down - put other foot down and saved it - may have been trying for a combo?) popped lutz. 3 toe (swing out). 3 sal (fall). 3 lutz. Not sure why Katy was so high at any point in this competition. She still is a VERY Jr-ish skater. Antoinette's theory is that the opening 2 seconds of her short was sop charming it carried her in the short (It was Rhapsody in Blue and the beginning was great, then it petered off), but I can't belive Gershwin had the power to help here too - though he is stong stuff (helloo-- anyone lsitening???)

I think I miught have had it: Michelle (no way to dodge this folks - those of you who hate her and think her time is past have to give her her technical consistancy), Bebe, Kimmie, Jen, Sasha. That would have given them the same Jr World and World team, but been fairer for what they did here at this event.

Angry? throughout this program. Maybe determined? Anyway - it didn't really fit Mack and Mable and I think hurt her second mark quite a bit.

Daphnis and Chloe. I know she is the greatest thing since sliced bread, but the ballerina la-la soft stuff is just not my cup o' tea. Technically she rocked. And I think she should have been higher than 3rd by the time the dust setteled, but she is off to Jr. Worlds, so whatever, I guess. 3 flip. 3 lutz-2toe. 3axel (this was around - there was a little hitch on the landing, but nothing huge). 3 loop. 3 sal. 3 lutz.
